Failed to delete archiving volume 'name' from the Directory. Additionally, the following error appears in the Event Viewer:

Description:
File server is not reachable. Archiving will not succeed until the problem is resolved.

Cause
This can occur when one of the following two scenarios apply:
1. The FSA agent's services (Enterprise Vault File Blocking Service, Enterprise Vault File Placeholder Service, and Enterprise Vault File Collector Service) are not running on the target file server.
2. The target file server is no longer available (for instance, decommissioned).
Resolution
Scenario 1:
1. Start the Enterprise Vault File Blocking Service, Enterprise Vault File Placeholder Service, Enterprise Vault File Collector Service on the target File System Archiving server.
2. Remove the volume.
Scenario 2:
Contact Enterprise Vault Support as there are modifications to be done in SQL. Please have a complete backup of the EnterpriseVaultDirectory database prior to contacting support.
Issue/Introduction
When attempting to remove a File System Archiving target volume from the Vault Administration Console, the following error is received.
