How to archive Meeting Requests

Perform the following steps to add Meeting Requests to the list of Message Classes:
1. Open the VAC
2. Expand Enterprise Vault | Directory On..| Properties | Message Classes Tab
3. Select the ADD button
4. In the Class field enter IPM.Schedule* and enter a Description
5. Expand Policies | Exchange | Mailbox or Exchange | PST Migration
6. Properties of the Mailbox Policy or PST Migration Policy on the right pane | Message Classes tab
7. Check Mark the new Message Class of IPM.Schedule*
8. Synchronize the user mailboxes associated with the policy .
Issue/Introduction
Enterprise Vault (EV) archives messages based on the Message Classes identified in the Vault Administration Console (VAC).
