IIS EnterpriseVaultPool Stops when trying to check archived item

Error Message
5139 states that the application pool EnterpriseVaultPool reported a listener channel failure. A listener channel for procotol 'http' in the worker process #### serving the application pool 'EnterpriseVaultAppPool' reported a listener channel failure.
5002 states that the application pool 'EnterpriseVaultAppPool' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.
Cause
Enable 32-bit Applications set to "False"
Resolution
In the IIS Manager go to the Application Pools settings
Change the Enable 32-bit Applications to "True"
Restart IIS
Applies To
Windows 2008 64bit
Issue/Introduction
This error happens when the 32 bit compatibility is disabled on Windows 2008 64bit
