Duplicate Documents Are Not Being De-Duplicated

Clearwell has a Support Feature to show the difference between documents. The feature is called the Checksum Comparator.
1. Navigate to System > Support features
2. Choose "Checksum Comparator" From the pull down
3. Fill in the appropriate case
4. Fill in the doc ID's of the documents that you want to compare
5. Click the submit button
A brief textual report will be returned with the differences between documents.
Issue/Introduction
Some documents may appear to be duplicates but were not de-duplicated by Clearwell. There is an additional support tool called Checksum Comparator that can help compare two documents.
