Could not print file content

Reason: It is an unsupported file type

This is because PDF stamp cannot handle some image types.

1. Select the Case.
2. Open Search & Analysis and find an affected document.
3. Copy this document to a specific production folder.
4. Lock the production folder.
5. Search for the same item and put a check next to it.
6. Select Actions > Export for this one item.
7. Select Production export and choose include images and select format = PDF.

This will produce a PDF containing the email and attachment. 

Note: There are no costs to moving items to a Production folder and performing a Production export, it does not affect the license in any way.
