Users trying to restore archived items get the following error on certain workstations: (Figure 1)

The error is returned when DCOM is not enabled on the client workstation.
 
Ensure DCOM is enabled on the client machine as follows:
 
1. Go to Start / Run then execute 'dcomcnfg.exe'
2. Expand 'Component Services' / 'Computers'
3. Right click 'My Computer' then choose 'Properties'
4. Go to 'Default Properties' tab
5. Select 'Enable Distributed COM on this computer'.  (Figure 2)

6. Restart Outlook on the client machine.
