Resolution
1. Open Enterprise Vault Admin Console.
2. Right-click on Archives and select "Export...".
3. Select "Export archives to their original mailboxes". Click Next.
4. Use either "Filter archive list" or "List all available archives" option to select the mailbox to restore Contacts.
5. On "Specify which items to export" screen, select "Export all items from this root folder path" option, and enter folder path "\Contacts".
6. If the restored contacts will be re-archived in the future, tick "Remove exported items from archive". If this options is not selected and contacts are re-archived, duplicate contacts will be created.
7. Keep clicking Next until export starts.
8. When export ends, summary results screen will be displayed with the number of items restored.
