A dtrace for the process ArchiveTask process contains the following

Resolution
- Perform a dtrace on the ArchiveTask process during a Run Now against the affected users mailbox until the error occurs in the Enterprise Vault Event Log.
- Search for the Event ID 2241 and the line above within the dtrace stating the offending folder or even folder structure.
- Log into the affected mailbox and delete the duplicated empty folders.
