Derived messages not being prevented from tagging and foldering

This issue is resolved in eDiscovery version 9.1.0 and later.
Issue/Introduction
Derived messages are only displayed in search results when part of a discussion thread. A user cannot filter, tag or put them into folders. However in version 8.1, derived messages are not being prevented from tagging and foldering.
