A problem has occurred which may have caused the current operation to fail. 
Access denied

Cause

In a Domino clustered / load balancing configuration, an archived item could possibly be retrieved to a cluster replica of a mail file that is different to the server / replica from which the request was initiated.

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in the following release:

Issue/Introduction

The issue manifests itself as follows:

A network load balancer (NLB) is in use at the edge of a Domino Cluster with two mail servers.

All requests to http://mail1.domainname.com or http://mail2.domainname.com are redirected to the virtual URL of the NLB as http://mail.domainname.com. Users are requested to access their mail files via the virtual URL (http://mail.domainname.com) by using iNotes. 

Log in to http://mail.domainname.com and double click a shortcut.  

It fails to retrieve the archived item and the iNotes console log shows error logs as below:
