Cause

The Provisioning of the Case data may have failed to one of the Review nodes.

Resolution

Re-provision the affected Node(s) as follows:
  1. Identify the affected Node(s) by looking for the search error in the server log file (D:\CW\VXX\logs\server.YYYY-MM-DD.log).
  2. Go to "Case Home > Appliance Roles".
  3. Click the "De-Provision" link for each affected Node. Wait until the "Review Status" changes to "Not Provisioned".
  4. Click the "Provision" link for each affected Node. Wait until the "Review Status" changes to "Provisioned".
  5. Once completed, the search should now work successfully from the provisioned Node(s).
