Crash dump analysis shows deadlock condition caused by the FSA driver evmf.sys.

Issue/Introduction

FSA targets hosted on Windows Server 2012 R2 cluster nodes become unresponsive and fail to service the file shares. Nodes affected by the hang need to be reset.
