Issue/Introduction
When the Enterprise Vault(EV) 'SharePoint Archiving Task' is set to auto-enable Site Collections for archiving on a targeted SharePoint Web Application, the auto-enable process will fail for all site collections if the task encounters any site collection in-accessible, and eventually no site collections are enabled for archiving.
