This document cannot be reviewed because it is not in the Review folder.

Resolution

Workarounds:

1.  When foldering the results of a search into a review folder, check the document families box in the Include section of the foldering diaglog. This will folder the parent email as well as all child items attached.

2.  If foldering all child items is not desired, follow these steps:
     a. In the review folder, select the Bring in Complete Family icon which is to the right of the greyed-out parent of the child item.  All items in the family will appear.

     b. Check the box next to the parent item and, under the Actions drop-down, proceed to folder the parent item only into that review folder.

      c.  A refresh of the review folder will be required to remove unwanted child items from view.

Issue/Introduction

Under the original Consumption License model, it was required that documents be copied to a Review Folder for Text and Native review. Beginning in version 8.0, child items (attachments) to email parents could now be copied to a review folder separately. However, under a Consumption license, if the parent is not also copied to the review folder, a reviewer will be unable to review the item, depending upon the billing model selected in the processing setting for the case.

Under the Standard billing method, a child item is reviewable in text view, but not native view.
Under the LIHO (Low Input/High Output) billing method, a child item is not reviewable in either text or native views.

Note: The parent item appears in the review folder, but it is greyed-out as it is not marked as being in the review folder.
It cannot be reviewed, but content can be viewed in one of the detail views.
The parent item there to provide context for the child item(s).
