EVConverterSandbox causes Memory Access Violation 0xc0000005 when archiving Microsoft Access Database files

Cause
Enterprise Vault uses a third party module to convert application data files such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF file, etc. to HTML or plain text file to index and to create previews. In very limited circumstances, this third party module causes the Memory Access Violation when converting Microsoft Access Database files to HTML.
Resolution
This issue has been addressed in the following release:

Issue/Introduction
EVConverterSandbox causes Memory Access Violation 0xc0000005 when archiving Microsoft Access Database files. EVConverterSandbox also causes Windows' Event ID 1000 because of this Memory Access Violation.
