Unmarshalling Error: Maximum attribute size (300000) exceededCause
SharePoint collection fails at times, when the response from SharePoint collection has extremely high values for an attribute. The default attribute value is 64K.
Resolution
A new ESA property was introduced in V8.1_CHF7 and V8.1.1_CHF3: 'esa.sharepoint.collection.maxAttributeSize' with a default value of 64000 (which equals 64K). Set this value higher under the Support Features > Property Browser feature.
Note: A restart of the eDP services is required.
How to modify ESA properties
1. Log into the user interface.
2. Navigate to System > Support Features
3. Choose Property Browser
4. In the text box for 'Name of property to change' enter the ESA property
esa.sharepoint.collection.maxAttributeSize
5. In the text box for 'New value (leave blank to remove)' enter the new value
640000
Note: This value can be increased or lowered until the issue is no longer reported in the icp-remoteicpjob log.
6. Check the box for 'Confirm change. Are you sure?*'
7. Click the Submit button
