Cause
Connection to the NetApp is not granted because Management Access is not enabled on ALL Logical Interfaces (LIFs) in the NetApp OnCommand System Manager.
Resolution
Enable Management Access on ALL LIFs in NetApp under Storage Virtual Machines-->VServer--->Configuration--->Network Interfaces
