Cause

This error message could be caused if there are Exchange Mailboxes that are located on an exchange server that is not targeted within Enterprise Vault. This is likely to happen in a scenario where a new DAG node has been introduced into the exchange organization. 

Resolution

Ensure that all exchange mailbox servers are targeted in Enterprise Vault. This includes exchange servers that may have a primary role as a disaster recovery (DR) exchange server.
