Resolution

This issue has been addressed in the following release:

Enterprise Vault 12.0.3 Release
http://www.veritas.com/docs/000115005

Workaround:

Edit ClusterCompMgmt.bat located in the EV installation directory to launch a command prompt window. I.E Just add cmd.exe to the end of the file and execute the file. Once launched then run EVSVR with "Repair operation: Requeue Storage Queue Failed Items operation". Remove the entry for CMD.exe from ClusterCompMgmt.bat.

Issue/Introduction

When in a cluster using EVSVR "Repair operation: Requeue Storage Queue Failed Items operation", will look up the Computer Name, and then compares this with entries in the ComputerEntry table (Directory Database). The request returns the node name and not the Cluster Name, which therefore means no entry is found in the ComputerEntry table and the repair fails.
