If you have recently moved your Storage Queue check that you have copied all the files from the old location.
If you find the missing file, copy it into the new Storage Queue folder and then use EVSVR to recover the missing item.

Workaround
Configure EV to keep Safety Copies in the Storage Queue. This ensures that even if the race condition occurs, no deletion of the storage queue will be attempted until all items have been ingested into the partition AND backed up.
