Use the correct separator for this setting in relation to the operating system locale.  I.E 0.8 or 0,8

Issue/Introduction

The indexing memory throttling threshold (Vault Admin Console\Computer Properties\Indexing setting) is not taking effect when the period character (".") is used as separator when the operating system Regional Settings are configured to a language that uses another separator value, such as a comma (","). This results in the change that has been made via the Vault Administration Console not taking effect, and the default value of "1.5" remains used.
