Issue/Introduction
If a Vault Store Database is rolled back ( for example) and a repair run to re-insert records in the database for EVSQ/DVS files, Watchfile tables are not populated. All other necessary tables are populated. However, the items can now never be marked as secured and therefore removed from the storage queue location/relevant SQL tables as per the Vault Store configuration.
