Veritas has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in the version(s) of the product(s) referenced in this article.

This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a point fix or fix pack in the current or future versions of the software. Issue/Introduction

In some instances the primary email address can be different to the alias address. Users wishing to search against the alias as it may appear in the header fields of a PST file are unable to use the advanced search "Headers: All Indexed Fields". When this is attempted no results are returned.
