Cause
The DataInsightConfig service is not started.
Resolution
Start the DataInsightConfig service and attempt to log into the console. The login should be successful once this service is started.
Issue/Introduction
A Data Insight user is unable to log in to a console, even if the correct credentials are used on the login page.
