The following error is displayed at the top of the System > Settings page:
HTTP response '404: Not Found' when communicating with https://localhost:443/esa/confirmationsoap/confirmation
The following warning is also reported in the eDiscovery server log file:
2016-11-17 03:35:18,889 WARN [cxf.phase.PhaseInterceptorChain] (http-bio-80-exec-19-superuser:) Interceptor for {http://service.litholds.esa.teneo.com/}ConfirmationServerServiceService#{http://service.litholds.esa.teneo.com/}updateLegalHoldLdapSettings has thrown exception, unwinding now org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not send Message.
If the eDiscovery appliance is not using a separate confirmation server, the value of Confirmation server hostname/IP on the System > Settings page should be empty.
If the eDiscovery appliance is both the administration server and the confirmation server, the property esa.icp.litholds.isConfirmationServer needs to be set to true. The EsaApplicationService service then needs to be restarted. See the Legal Hold User Guide for further details.
