In a legacy cluster, after restoring node backup on the worker node, cases on that worker node do not appear in the All Cases page

Cause
The case datastore locator lists the state of cases as "RECOVERABLE" instead of "VALID", so the cases do not appear on the All Cases page.
Resolution
The workaround is to individually restore the missing cases from case backups. Navigate to the
All Processing tab >
Backups and
select a case that does not show up in the Cases list box,click
Restore and select the target case home node and
Start Restore.
There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. This issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.
