This is by design.
Resolution
The eDP product reflects the 'YoungestArchivedDate' of the parent Archive. If an Archive rolls over, the 'YoungestArchivedDate' information from the roll-over is not updated.

Issue/Introduction
When examining the 'Last Archived Time' information for Enterprise Vault Archives, the date does not reflect updated information. The date and time are older than expected.
