Cause
Possible issue with content of document or older converters.
Resolution
WORKAROUND
1: Converting the affected items to text as per the Enterprise Vault Administrator's Guide.
2: Configuring other options such as excluding a particular type of file from conversion as per Enterprise Vault Administrator's Guide.
Note: The converters are continually being updated in newer versions of Enterprise Vault.

Issue/Introduction
Some items generate the following Event in the Enterprise Vault Conversion Event Logs.
Event ID 28993 - Unable to convert item content Reason: internal error processing input file data (1616) [CS2D] -
Description: This item will be archived without a preview being available to the web application and the content will not be indexed. It is not possible to search on the content but the item can be restored as normal
