Issue/Introduction
Index Volume(s) can randomly show as having 0 items indexed when looking at the count in the Index Volumes Browser via the Vault Admin Console.
The issue can go unnoticed unless it is monitored closely as it tends to fix itself on subsequent updates to the Index Volume.
However, if the count has been set to 0 and the index volume roll-over then the count will stay at 0.
