Clicking on EV OMA in Outlook/OWA hows a blank panel.
IIS error 404 seen in Fiddler trace for the following:

Cause
The 12.1.1 installer sets the registry value to an incorrect value of 12.0.0.1528. The 12.1 installer actually uses the folder name “V12.1.0.1424”, and so the Mail App tries to download its resources from the wrong location.
Workaround:
Modify the below registry key for the current EV Version:
Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KVS\Enterprise Vault\Install
Value name: WebAppResourceVersion
Value Data: 12.1.0.1424
