Cause

There are no remaining Full Sync slots available for this synchronization job to use.  By default there are 15 Full Sync slots available.  Once the a Full Sync slot becomes available the synchronization will succeed.

Resolution

Retrying the reset at a later time will succeed when there are available Full Sync slots.  It is possible to increase the Full Sync slot count, if this is desired, please contact Veritas Enterprise Technical Support for Enterprise Vault.

 

Issue/Introduction

When users try to perform a reset of vault cache within Outlook they get an error stating "failed server busy".
