Attachments show as an "@" symbol for archived messages in OWA 2013/2016

Cause
The issue spawns from the way OWA responds to the "@" symbol for attachments, as opposed to Outlook.
When EV archives a message with an attachment, the attachment is separated from the message, and (not visible to users), the "@" symbol is put in its place. Outlook has a mechanism to recognize this, and display the attachments with a paperclip.
OWA 2013 and later do not have a mechanism for this that could be reasonably leveraged within the EV application. For this reason, OWA displays the raw "@" symbol that was not meant to be seen.
Resolution
There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. While this issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time, it is not currently scheduled for any release. If you feel this issue has a direct business impact for you and your continued use of the product, please contact your Veritas Sales representative or the Veritas Sales group to discuss these concerns.
Issue/Introduction
When loading an Outlook Web App (OWA) 2013 and later, users may see that OWA displays any attachments on shortcuts to archived messages with an "@" symbol. This is not problematic for any functionality - the attachments can be accessed, downloaded, and displayed. It is only a cosmetic issue. This affects any version of Enterprise Vault (EV) that can support Exchange 2013 and later.
