Cause
Symantec Enterprise Vault folder was not deleted before upgrading EV Reporting.
Resolution
In Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services > Report Manager, change the folder name from Symantec Enterprise Vault to Veritas Enterprise Vault.
Issue/Introduction
If the customer hasn't followed up the upgrade instruction and kept the old folder (called Veritas Enterprise Vault) in SQL Server Reporting Services, the following error would occur while trying to open "Run data analysis reports" from the EV Administration Console after upgrading to version 12 from version 11.
