Cause

Possible Causes:
1.  Vault Service Account is a member of the Domain Admins group
2.  Data in SQL for Domino ID file stored password is corrupt
3.  Data in the KeyStore table is corrupt

Resolution

1.  Within Active Directory, remove Domain Admin rights from the Vault Service Account (VSA)
2.  Restart services and see if problem goes away, if not continue to next step
3.  In the Vault Admin Console Expand down through targets, Domino, Domain, Server, to Journaling Location, document the settings and then delete the Journaling location
4.  Now document all the servers under the Domino domain, the settings for each, Document the Domino Domain settings, and then delete the Domino domain.
