Cause

This issue can occur when either the Access Key or the Secret Key that are configured in the 'Advanced' tab of the partition properties are incorrect.

Resolution

  • Verify that the Access Key and Secret Key configured in the properties of the partition are correct.
  • In some cases, the Access Key and or the Secret Key will appear to be correct. However, as these are long strings and generally copied from the EMC (ECS) website, the formatting can be off in some cases. In those cases, it is recommended to copy the Access Key and or the Secret Key to the NotePad in order to correct any formatting problems.

Issue/Introduction
