Cause
This issue can occur when the number of connections that the Vault Service Account (VSA) can make to exchange has been limited, such as through a load balancer.
Resolution
Adjust the connection settings associated to the load balancer, such as the client connection limiter.
Issue/Introduction
When enabling a mailbox for archiving, an error message is generated.
