"Create a New Folder" is seen in Enterprise Vault Search (EVS)

Cause
This behavior is by design because the option to Allow copy and move within or across archives (Refile) is enabled in the Search Policy.
Resolution
Disable the option Allow copy and move within or across archives (Refile) in the Search Policy within the Administration Console.
Note: Disabling this option will also disable the ability to rename, move, and delete folders in their archives.

Issue/Introduction
Administrators would like to turn off the ability for end users to Create a New Folder in their archive when accessing EVS.
