Cause
ExchAutodiscovery attempts to find the Service Connection Point (SCP) by searching for keywords, either 67661d7F-8FC4-4fa7-BFAC-E1D7794C1F68 or 77378F46-2C66-4aa9-A6A6-3E7A48B19596.
From that list, the program determines if any of those servers reside in the Site where the eDiscovery Server is located.
If there are no Exchange servers that meet both elements in the criteria, the program attempts an LDAP fall-back option to choose any server from the original list of Exchange servers found. The program is failing to properly execute this fall-back option.

Resolution
There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time. The issue has been addressed in eDiscovery versions 9.0.3 and 9.1.0.

Issue/Introduction
When collecting from Exchange On-Premise or Exchange Cloud, the Autodiscovery URL information is needed to create Outlook Profiles that are used to establish connections between the eDiscovery server and the Exchange environment.
If the program cannot find the Autodiscovery URL, the necessary Outlook Profiles will not contain any connection information and the Collection Task will fail.
