Cause

During processing of an image overlay load file, some entries to the t_rendition table did not have corresponding entries in the t_rendition_detail table. The reason for this is being investigated.

Resolution

Veritas has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned at the end of this article. Veritas is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.

This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release. Issue/Introduction

Documents that have images overlaid using Imaging & Rendering may not render in native view if data inconsistencies occur during processing. The processing batch may not report any errors, but will present an error in the native view window instead of the overlaid image. The error is show below.
