When setting up a collection for Domino it may be necessary to have custodians assigned automatically by using the option "Assign to custodian using the mailbox's ID and email address". When using Exchange all of this information is filled in on Active Directory automatically, however with Domino it will need to be added manually. Dominos Unique ID is not stored in an easily accessible location, and the email address, which is called the Internet Address in Domino, is not formatted like a standard email address (i.e. firstname.lastname@address.com).

Use the newly created users Unique ID and email address to determine what the Domino ID and email address format looks like. Once this information is gathered, the new user can be deleted. This information can be used to update Active Directory so that when Clearwell runs Active Directory sync the employee list will be updated.
