Description
eDiscovery has the ability to search multiple keywords when running Advanced Searches in Analysis & Review. This is very useful when trying to find documents that may share only a few keywords. Since there may be multiple keywords in a search, it is also very useful to see a breakdown of how many hits were found per keyword.
eDiscovery has a report that is generated each time a keyword search is run in Analysis & Review. To view this report please use the following steps:
- Open an eDiscovery case
- Go to the Analysis & Review tab
- Select Advanced Search
- Multiple keywords can be added to the search by clicking on the + icon next to the Any of these words field
- Click Run Search
- Select the Report tab
- The breakdown by keyword is under the Keywords header at the bottom of the report
