Description

eDiscovery has the ability to search multiple keywords when running Advanced Searches in Analysis & Review. This is very useful when trying to find documents that may share only a few keywords. Since there may be multiple keywords in a search, it is also very useful to see a breakdown of how many hits were found per keyword.

eDiscovery has a report that is generated each time a keyword search is run in Analysis & Review. To view this report please use the following steps:

  1. Open an eDiscovery case
  2. Go to the Analysis & Review tab
  3. Select Advanced Search
  4. Multiple keywords can be added to the search by clicking on the + icon next to the Any of these words field
  5. Click Run Search
  6. Select the Report tab
  7. The breakdown by keyword is under the Keywords header at the bottom of the report
