To only search the body of the message and not include the attachments or other metadata:
- Navigate to Advanced Search.
- Select Style > Freeform
- Under Queries > Apply this message query:
- Specify the message body metadata area to seach followed by a colon, then the search term.
- For example: u_body:keyword
- Substitute the desired search term for keyword
