Description

When performing a collection from an Exchange server, by default mailbox dumpster collection is enabled.

In order to disable this feature the following two properties must be set >>

Note: To set these from within the Clearwell user interface follow the steps below:

1. From the System view, click Support Features.

2. Select Property Browser from the feature menu, and click Submit to view the properties that can be changed.

3. Enter the following information. An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

4. In the field "Name of Property to Change", enter the following property name >> esa.icp.collection.exchange.CollectDumpsterMsgs

5. In the field "New value (leave blank to remove)" enter the value >> false

6. Click Submit to apply the change.

7. In the field "Name of Property to Change", enter the following property name >> esa.icp.collection.exchange.CollectDumpsterFolders

8. In the field "New value (leave blank to remove)" enter the value >> false

9. Click Submit to apply the change.

**Note: This is a real time change and a restart is not required.
