Description

An eDiscovery user may find they have unwanted entries in the Reason drop-down when redacting an item in review mode and want to remove these unwanted entries.

The below picture displays the redaction reason drop down:

The redaction reasons are stored on a per Windows user profile basis. These reasons are stored in an .ini file located C:\Users\*currentloggedinuser*\Appdata\Roaming\IGC\Brava! Client\Reasons.ini.

It is possible to open and edit this .ini file to either delete any unwanted reasons or to manually change a reason.

An example of what the .ini file looks like is below:

Note:  This applies to eDiscovery versions 9.5.2 and below which utilize the IGC native rendering engine for review and redactions.
