Description

Using the support feature File Based Search in eDiscovery Platform (eDP) provides the capability to search and folder items using an external file containing query terms.

Steps:

1. In eDP UI navigate to System > Support Features
2. In the Choose a support feature dropdown select File Based Search.
3. In the Case dropdown select the appropriate case name.
4. In Query file path' window input the path and file containing the query terms to run.
5. In the Folder for results window input the existing folder name or name of folder to create with the tagged results.
6. Click Submit (check server log for details)
