Description
This information provides a list of potential files generated when performing an export using eDiscovery Platform. These files may be contained in either the default Export location, an Export ZIP file or in the modified Export location if it has been set using the following property:

Default Location for Exports
:\CW\V###\data\esadb\dataStore_case_\fileManager\#.##.#.#\jobRun_###
= The drive to which eDiscovery Platform is installed
V### = Version of eDiscovery Platform that is installed. For example, V81
#.##.#.# = Job ID number
jobRun_### = Job run number for the attempt

Here is a list of the Files / Folders with their descriptions.

This folder name can vary depending on if a name was given to the export job or if the job name was left blank |
image |
This folder:
- Only created when a PRODUCTION export job is run.

- Contains images for documents selected in the export job that the opticon.csv file (if selected to be created in the export task) will reference.

native |
This folder:
- Only created when the option in the export task to include natives is selected.
|

- Contains the original files that were collected from the source (Case Folder Source or Collection Set) or provided by a Load File Import task.
- MSG or EML formats will be exported into a PST file.

This folder:
- Only created when the option in the export task to include extracted text is selected.

- Contains the extracted text files for the documents that were exported. The filename(s) will either be named by the Bates number or the Document number.

This file:
- Can have either a CSV or a DAT extension
- Contains the metadata for the documents selected in the export job.

- Only created when there is an error with one or more of the sources from a long folder path
- Contains the files that could not be exported to a long folder path

This file contains the export job statistics. The following outlines the details of this report.
- Search Count - Number of items per each row (Message, Loosefiles, Attachments, Embeddings, etc) that all add of to the total number of items selected to be exported
- Successful - Number of items per each row that were exported successfully
- Errors - Number of items that failed to export
- Not in Production - Number of items not in a Production folder
- Other Custodian - Number of items from a different custodian
- Text Extraction Errors - Total errors encountered during the text extraction process
- Native Extraction Errors - Total errors encountered during the native extraction process
- Native Unavailable - Number of items that do not have a native document
- Text Unavailable - Number of items that do not have any extracted text
- Redacted - Number of items that are redacted
- Successful Images (Pages) - Number of images generated successfully for pages of documents
- Failed Images (Pages) - Number of images that failed to generate for pages of documents
- Items with Failed Images - Number of items that have pages that did not image correctly

- Contains a list of files that exceeded the maximum folder path for export and were saved to the file_exceptions folder.

This file:
- Contains a list of retried documents in Clearwell versions 6.6 and prior.
- Contains a list of all attempted documents starting with Clearwell version 7.1.1 and later.
- Subsequent runs of the export job will create numerical incremented filenames (excluding input_urn_1.xml). For example, if the export has been run a total of 3 times, the filename would be:
- input_urn.xml
- input_urn_2.xml
- input_urn_3.xml

This file:
- Only created when there is an error with one or more of the sources from a long folder path
- Contains a list of email items that exceeded the maximum folder path for export and were saved to the mailfile_exceptions folder.

This file:
- Contains a list of documents that succeeded to be exported.

recoverable_urn.xml |
This file:
- Only created when there is an error with one or more of the sources
- Contains a list of the documents that were not included in the export job due to errors.
- Subsequent runs of the export job will create numerical incremented filenames (excluding recoverable_urn_1.xml). For example, if the export has been run a total of 3 times, the filename would be:
- recoverable_urn.xml
- recoverable_urn_2.xml
- recoverable_urn_3.xml

This file:
- Contains the Load file (default.dat) field formats.
- Subsequent runs of the export job will create numerical incremented filenames (excluding all versions except the most current). For example, if the export has been run a total of 3 times, the filename would be:
