Some customers would like to be able to clear the native image file cache without having to contact Veritas eDiscovery Platform Support.
In order to do this, starting with version 7.1.3, navigate to the case in question and navigate as such:
1. Processing > Imaging & Rendering > Manage Native Images
2. Expand Image Status Tags
+ Imaged
+ Clearwell Imaged
3. Select "Clearwell Near Native Imaged" and click "Delete Native Images" in the bottom right of the screen.
4. Verify these are the documents whose images you wish to delete.
5. Click "OK"
A job will start to delete the image file cache, and should complete with "Job has finished successfully" in the JobStatusLog from the Jobs window.
