Description

The option selected for the Production folder in which the document resides will determine how the Bates numbering will be applied.  To see these settings, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to Analysis & Review
2. Click on the dropdown for the folder to search in before clicking Go
   
   
    
3. Left click on the Actions icon on the right side (after expanding to the Production folder where the document resides) to bring up the folder settings menu and click Edit.
   
   
    
4. The images and tables below describe how Clearwell will stamp a Bates number to a document being produced.
