Description

The following steps detail how to manually convert a document using Muhimbi (not involving IGC) outside of Veritas eDiscovery:
  1. ​On the eDiscovery server go to "D:\Clearwell Packages\Muhimbi Document Converter"
  2. Open the executable Document Converter Diagnostics.exe
  3. This opens the Muhimbi Document Converter Diagnostics application
  4. Under the tab WS Convert browse to the item, that is to be converted, in the Source field
  5. Click Convert / Process File
  6. The application will create a new PDF (of the same name as the converted file) in the same directory in the Source field
  7. If any error is encountered, it is displayed in the conversion window at the bottom
