Resolution
Edit the employee record in the All Cases > Employee List and remove all but two of the trailing hash symbols (#) from the UniqueID field and Save the changes.
Issue/Introduction
If an Employee is removed in Active Directory and later re-added after the eDiscovery platform has synchronized with a Microsoft Active Directory server, the UniqueID entry for the employee record may contain numerous appended '#' characters. This may prevent eventual record deletion unless some of the trailing '#' characters are deleted and the record updated in the console.
For example: the original UniqueID value would be AlexanderMoore-eDPLabUser9__48!@# , and the UniqueID value after deletion and re-creation would be AlexanderMoore-eDPLabUser9__222!@##############################
